FB3015 Westinghouse Circuit Breaker is Obsolete.

New Replacements are available for the Obsolete Westinghouse FB 3 Pole 15 Amp 480 Volt FB Series Circuit Breaker.

The New UL Replacement for the FB3015 fits perfectly in the same space unless there is a handle mechanism like you would see in a motor control center.
